The book drills into your thoughts that it is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change, that is certainly true. I read the book but did not even attempt the program. It seemed very restrictive to me and those type of plans never work in the long term.

This book was recommended by a popular magazine and that’s why I bought it. I found the diet similar to the low carb diet but with a lot more restrictions. The diet has a very strict regiman and you have to be committed to loosing weight before following it precisely.
